Each coin has a minimum and a maximum, shown in the exchange box. We exchange whatever amount actually arrives: deposits above the maximum are reviewed manually before they are exchanged, and deposits below the minimum are refunded.
Float follows the market until your deposit is confirmed. Fixed locks the quoted rate for a limited time and costs a little more; if your deposit arrives after the lock ends, the market rate applies.
Our fee is a percentage of the swap that depends on the pair and the rate type (fixed costs a little more than float). The network fee for sending your coins is added on top.
